Our Women to be led by Jaryd Coghill & Hayden Pfingst again in 2020

Our Women to be led by Jaryd Coghill & Hayden Pfingst again in 2020

La Trobe University Football Club are excited to announce that Jaryd Coghill has re-signed for the 2020 season as the Senior Women’s Coach and Hayden “Dos” Pfingst has re-signed for the 2020 Season as our Reserve Women’s Coach.

Jaryd, as the longest serving Senior Women’s Coach, will continue the top job for his fourth consecutive season. With a finals campaign already under his belt as head coach of the women’s, Jaryd and his players will be working towards more success in 2020.

‘Dos’ worked closely alongside Jaryd this year as an assistant following the folding of our reserves side early on in the season. Dos in particularly worked with the midfield and was able to up skill our midfield structures with his sublime knowledge of the game. He is super keen to re-establish a Reserves side again for 2020, and excited to get stuck into pre-season.

There is an obvious high regard for Jaryd from his players, as his entire senior playing group provided feedback that they would like Jaryd to remain as head coach next year. Jaryd is raring to go for pre-season in November and says “I’m keen to get stuck into another year with a passionate list of players who keep wanting to improve”

We are very excited to have both women’s coaching positions locked in for 2020. Please join us in congratulating Jaryd Coghill and Hayden Pfingst on their re-appointment.
