Trober 2022 Mid-Season Wrap
Read about how our teams have been travelling in 2022
The La Trobe University Football Club would like to express our utmost gratitude for the work that Edward Buffon and Jake Lasslett put into the Reserve Men last season in their maiden season as coaches. The boys demonstrated a great ability to coach as they took our Reserve Men from a win-less 2018 season to Grand Finalists in 2019.
Unfortunately due to work commitments and travel the boys are unable to continue in the role for 2020 and have therefore stepped aside. They both enjoyed their time as coaches and appreciate the great group of players they had the fortune of coaching in 2019. Jake not only led off the field as coach but on the field through his performances which led to him claiming the Reserve Men Best and Fairest last season. Edward, while injured for a large part of the season, managed to find his way back into the senior lineup late in the season. Both boys will continue to play for the Club in 2020.
We cannot thank Edward and Jake enough for their contributions to our Club and wish them all the best for the coming year!
